The World Cup of Online Poker (WCOOP) wrapped up on Monday with GPI Poker Player of the Month for August Fedor Holz (GPI#378) taking home the big $1.3M top prize.
Although he’s been hot of late with a successful trip to EPT Barcelona prior to his online victory, Holz is still behind the eight-ball in what is a very competitive German race. He currently sits in 17th position on the National GPI charts. However, you should not count out Holz just yet, a big rush to end 2014 could see him fiddle his way into GPM-qualifying contention.
