The United Kingdom poker landscape has certainly changed in recent years. Gone are the days of the “old school” grinders topping the charts, it’s a young person’s game now it seems and the players ranked atop the GPI National UK standings certainly prove the point.
If the race were to end today, Stephen Chidwick (GPI#7), Max Silver (GPI#31) and Jack Salter (GPI#65) would lead the UK charge. It will certainly be interesting to see which players qualify for the Global Poker Masters from the UK.
